Standard Shipping Costs within the continental US:

4 books $21.95,
5 books $25.95,
6 books $29.95,

10 or more books $45.95

Standard Shipping Costs for AK, HI, PR, Guam and other US locations:
1 book $13.95
each additional book $4.00

Standard Shipping Prices to Canada & Mexico:
Shipping to Canada starts at $15.95 and varies with the weight and size of the book. We try to find the lowest cost method to get your order to you in a timely manner.

Shipping Prices outside the US, Canada & Mexico
International shipping rates start at $17.95 and vary significantly with weight and size of package and from country to country. We try to find the lowest cost method to get you the book you want in a timely manner. We ship all of our overseas shipments by air. Neither US Postal Service nor any commercial carrier offers surface shipping for small parcels overseas any longer. We are fortunate to be located in the USA from where international shipping rates are the lowest in the world. If you ever are not happy with our choice of shipping method please let us know at sales@books4cars.com .

Shipping Methods
We allow you to choose from 3 levels of shipping preference: Standard, Economy Air and Fastest Air. We interpret these 3 criteria in different ways depending on the size and weight of the shipment and the destination.

1) Standard: U.S. mail or Federal Express depending on the size, weight, and destination.
2) Economy Air: Starting at $17.95, by USPS Air Mail or a mid-level Federal Express air guaranteed delivery service. It also causes your order to be processed with a higher level of internal priority.
3) Fastest Air: Starting at $37.95 fastest air shipping by Federal Express Overnight service within reasonable limits of cost and judgment. Fastest air orders are best submitted by phone for fastest service. (Not available to PO Boxes and APO’s)

Payment

We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express through our secure web site or by phone, fax, postal mail, and e-mail.

You may also pay by trading in other automotive literature. We purchase automotive books and manuals from our customers. Please contact us to arrange such payment.

Or come in person to our Seattle store where we accept all manners of payment including chocolate chip cookies ;-)

Cancellations

We understand that orders can be made by mistake. You may cancel an order before it has shipped. Please contact us at USA-206-721-3077 or toll free 888-380-9277 with your cancellation.

A $5 cancellation fee will apply if the order has already been processed.

If the order has already shipped then we will consider the cancellation as a return and handle the order accordingly.

Returns

Your total satisfaction is very important to us. If you question whether a particular book is right for your needs, Please call us at USA-206-721-3077 or toll free in the USA at 888-380-9277.

All returns honored within 30 days of delivery; with reason provided, in the same condition as originally supplied. All CD and DVD sales are final. (See below.)

If you did not receive your order you must contact us within 60 days in order for us to reship it.

There is a restocking fee on all returned books of 20% with a minimum of $5.00. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

You must contact us before returning an item. Let us know the reason for any dissatisfaction so that we may learn from any mistakes, and do better for you the next time.

Digital Media

CD's and DVD's are guaranteed to run on Windows 98 thru Windows XP. We're sorry there is no support for Windows Vista or other operating systems at this time. Please note we are not able to offer tech support for any digital media and we do not accept returns on CD's or DVD's.
